In 1863 year the factory was founded by South-Russian association «Black Sea winemaking». Later the factory was being acquired by the family of well-known Russian manufacturer Shustov. Firm «N.L.Shustov» possessed a few factories in Russian empire. Shustov produced various kind of drinks: vodka, liqueur, nalivka, balm, and certainly, splendid cognac, many of which obtained the world popularity.
